Return & Exchange Policy

Because all custom-printed, approved, and personalized items are made specifically for you, all sales on these products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, approved, or personalized merchandise.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To process a claim, we require:

• Clear photo evidence of the defect, damage, or misprint

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement item, or

• Store credit

Refunds are not issued for custom products unless required by law.
